The
21-7 technique was developed by Joshua Pellicer, who was former sufferer of
panic attacks and anxiety. It was after trying all the exercises he could find,
reading as much material as available in order to reduce his attacks and while
studying with leading psychologists that he made his breakthrough hypothesis.
